Making reservations for the restaurant

To book is not an obligation, but convenient. Making reservations for the restaurant is certainly not an obligation. However, booking in week-ends and in the season, is no luxury, as there are very busy hours for which it would be convenient to determine in advance when to arrive.

Respect for your privacy. The data which you pass on, will not be used for other purposes than to deal with the reservation. More about that in our privacy statement.

No compulsory data. You determine yourself which data you pass on. Take into account that the given data like your e-mail address or your phone number are meant to make things easier for you. In this way you can be informed in case the reservation would cause problems (e.g. in case of 'over'-booking).

Reservation for groups. If you want to book for more than 4 persons, you are invited to give us your phone number or e-mail address so that your reservation can be concluded very quickly. In case of reservation for groups of 20 persons minimum, we ask to indicate in advance which dishes will be taken. Consult our menu.

Making reservations for the hotel

Billing and paying your stay anyway you like. Payment is to be done when arriving in the hotel, in the way you choose (cash or credit card). Never will there be billed on your credit card in advance. Passing on the credit card data is only to be assured of your reservation.

Cancellation of your booking for the hotel . Cancellation until 8 days before the day of arrival will always be free of charge. For cancellations between 8 days before arrival and the day of arrival itself, a cancellation fee will be charged. More about this on the page about our cancellation policy. In this case, cancellation fees will be charged on your credit card.
